Hey everyone. Now that the tax return money came, Its time to upgrade. This is about to be a ground up upgrade. I plan on taking the MSI motherboard with 1ghz pentium 3,3 sticks of 128 ram and the PSU out. I plan on putting in...

MSI K7N2L mobo
AMD XP2200 or XP2400 CPU
2x 256mb Corsair pc2700 ddram
and some PSU.

I am goin to keep the GF4,HD,CD drives and Case(hopefully).

Now I have a few questions...
1. How many watts will the PSU need to be?
2. I have a 250W PSU, will I need a better one(most likely)?
3. Will the new one fit right in the Case in place of the older one?
4. Any Other COmments? Please leave em. I wanna make sure this is goin to work. Thanks!!!

For the PS I'd recomend a minimum of 350 watts, and a good brand (Enermax, Antec).
As long as the case is an ATX case it should fit right back in, you may have to remove/add mounting studs. If you need a new case I personally like Chieftec/Antec/Enermax (not sure who actually manufacters the cases, but they appear to all be about the same)
All in all it looks like a nice system.
