Can I run DDR400 on a P4PE?

OK, I know where I can get a good deal on a P4PE system, and I can pick the memory, I'd like to swap out the board for a canterwood when the time comes, so I'd like to put DDR400 on the P4PE, if I can. If so, what would I need to do to it?

BTW, is this a good board or what? I know there was one I was thinking about not long ago that people including Crash were saying is sucky....

Just insert one DDR400 stick into the memory slot and it will run as DDR333 RAM. No extra setting is needed.
