Help!!!

Got My second board.
Same problem as the first.

xp2100 thoroughbred
corsair twinx512-2700llpt
Asus v9280/td ti4200 8x
30 gig WD HD

It run the posts test good but it wont load XP properly. It takes several minutes for xp to load and run slow. Extremely slow. Run cpu at 100 and same problem. Run memory at 100, 133, and 166 with same.
I've ran the xp2100 with soyo kt333 and was running excellent. Dont have any solutions. Thinking of memory but I cant pinpoint it out.
