Could you please list the rest of your specs?

That is an integrated graphics card. I don't think that's powerful enough to run DMC4..

Integrated or not a nVidia 7150 isn't going to run DMC4 well at all even at lowest settings. I have a AMD 64x2 1.9Ghz w/ 8200M and TF2 is barely playable at 720x480.

It depends. What type of CPU do you have, how much RAM do you have. What resolution and quality settings do you want to run at. How much are you willing to spend on a video card?

I have a HP Pavilion, it has Turion AMD 64x2, 3GB of RAM,it has nVidia GeForce 71450/nForce 630m, the resolution is 1280x800x60 hZ,32 bit, i think its a decent system but it just doesnt have enough video power, i did a system test and that was the lowest rated component...the video card. i would like it to run at a high setting without spending a fortune to get it to work. i was wanting to spend maybe 30-50$ but i realize to make it worthwhile i may want to save and get something better...suggestions?

Go to pc settings. Then you have to put the resolution 800 X 500 and the shadow quality off. theres something that is variable and 60 maximum something. you have to put it in variable.
Next the vsync you put off.http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/smile.gif
theres somethings that are super high, high and low. u put all of the things low wherever it says those things. :)
thats it.

You mentioned that your PC's CPU is of the Turion family... does this mean we talking about a laptop? If this is the case, you might want to emphasize this reality in your first post. Updating a laptop graphics card is not necessary an easy task.
