The plug on the older V3 wheel has a 15 pin connector all newer computers do not have this kind of connector HELP!!!!

Yeah, it has the old MDI port connection on it. I don't recall ever seeing a cable to convert from MDI to USB, but that would be something you would need or better yet, a new wheel.
