Combat Flight Simulator 3 - Does a comprehensive manual or list of keyboard commands exist? If so, where can it be obtained?

There is one in game. Go to options, handbook and click on flight school, just make sure you have adobe acrobat installed. If you just want to set the controls to your liking set them in the options controls menu. Otherwise in game hit F2 to bring up the key commands.
