Picking the right board for XP 2100+

For the price, I am planning to get 2100+ $89.95, do you have any recommendation? What is the different between the A and B version? How do I know which one am I getting? And for the board, I can make up my mind. I am thinking of: MSI KT4 Ultra(pure) $79.95, AUSU A7S $69.95, ASUS A7V-333 $99.95, AUSU A7V-8X $109.95. This is what I am looking for on the board. IEEE 1394 (optional), USB 2.0 with option to connect to the front, FSB 266, 333, 400(optional), ATA 133, AGP 8X. I know that the nForce2 is better chipset, but it is not out yet, and it may cost too much money. Does anyone of you know where can I get a better price on the internet with reliable service and product. Thank You

I bought my NForce2 (MSI K7N2-L) a couple months ago. For online I recomend newegg.com, I've bought many a things from them and never had a problem.
