I cannot locate, Office 2003. I am looking in Microsoft Office Tools,
shortcut bar does not appear.

It's finally been dumped.. aren't you pleased?..

I understand that there is a way to get it.. refer to the
microsoft.public.office.misc newsgroup.. people there know how..
