hello
my friend tells me that every time he tries to load up windows ( running xp
home)
he gets an error message stating that "memory is full" and he cant load up
anything
sorry about the lack of information ,but does anyone have any ideas what
could be the problem? could it be a virus?
any help will be greatly appreciated .

Usually the message will refer to hard drive space. He maybe running
out of. Simply rt clicking on Drive Icon in MyComputer and selecting
Properties will tell him the free space of his drive. A memory message is
usually System Resources are low or Not enough Virtual Memory ( Page File )
