Perseus Mandate.. I Can't Move

I bought and installed fear perseus mandate and set the controls to what i want them to be.

Once i loaded the game, i am unable to move in Any direction.
All i can do is look around with the mouse and fire my weapon.

I set the controls back to default and i get the same results.

Now I can't even assign different keys to control my movement anymore.

Any help?
