I just want people to that got a DVD/CD burner from Teac America and after
having for about 3 weeks it just stop recording and I call Teac America and
told me to send it back and they would repair it and send it back to. I
told them that I want a refund and they are giving me a very hard time about
the refund. They told me the way that I could get a refund from them, I had
to order it from them, and I send them a copy of the packing slip which says
that I order the product from Teac America. and now I'm still waiting to
hear them. They don't answer any E-mails or voice mail.

Don't complain to us - tell the Better Business Bureau.
