After customizing Windows Explorer and then locking the toolbar, invariably
my address bar becomes hidden after a day or maybe a few hours, even though
the toolbar remains locked. Can anyone help? Breadstick

I also arrange my toolbars then lock them---5 to 30 minutes later they have changed positions.
