I just got a new computer. In my add/remove programs there is listed MSN
size of 25MB. I think this is for MSN messenger which I know I do not want
to use. What else would be included in this program. Also it looks like
there is a fee to use it. Thanks for your help

That is MSN explorer, and yes you can remove it.
