CRYSIS HELP CANNOT MOVE ON FROM RELIC TO ASSULT

Why is it in crysis on the relic level where you are supposed to get to the LZ and the Chinnese with the Nanosuits are supposed to be waiting and there not there! Am I doing something wrong please let me know im getting frustrated with it ive even started the level over again but with no success?
