Are there any patches to allow the installation of games on Windows NT, specfically, Sime City 3000 and Pharaoh (by Sierra Games).

You could try installing them on a PC with a normal OS and copy the files over.

You might be able to get ahold of a second hand copy of a newer OS, what are the laptop's specs?
