Quake 4 PC will not load on my C drive instead it shows a J drive.
How can I change the J drive path to C drive. Jazzyk

If you want to rename your drive letters then R click "my computer" and select manage. choose disk management, then R click the drive letter you want to change and select "Change drive letter and path".
Easy!
