WG19K4675 Arcade Game monitor repeated image

Hello,

I have a full size arcade game "Mr. Do!" that contains a WG19K4675 CRT monitor. I am having a problem with the image -- it is repeated approximately four times on screen, but it is not isolated by red, green, or blue individual images. Instead it appears as if a fraction of the whole image is included in each of the four vertical sections. I have attached a picture of the screen showing the repeat problem.

Can anyone suggest whether this would be a convergence or frequency problem or something else?

Any insight offered will be gratefully welcomed.
