I get a
A wait operation, attach process, or yeild was attempted from a DPC routine.

STOP: 0x000000B8 (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

BSoD during Windows XP Professional Setup! It occurs repeatedly. I had recently given my P.C to my system vendor for a RAM change since the previous one was causing serious exceptions (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED,PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). I have a BioStar M7NCG 400 mainboard and I see a new "nVidia PXE" screen during bootup just before the boot menu appears! I found that this is the PXE boot loader! Does this have something to do with the exception?

Could you give us more info on your system setup, like PSU, ram type/size, mother board, drives etc, and what the vendor actually did?
Maybe you should take it back to them!
It sounds very much like bad ram or the PSU (power supply unit) is not adequate to run extra ram or whatever.

My general experience has been that with the kind of error you are getting, its usually a RAM issue. And yes, speaking from experience, you can get bad RAM from a store.

If you can, get MemTest86 and test the RAM. If its bad, take the comp back to the store and get it replaced.

If the RAM is ok, you might want to check your PSU, that can be the other cause.
