Solution for windows7 display driver is not responding

Dwonload the latest driver for your video card from its manufacturer. Uninstall the current driver using Device Manager (it will look as though you're uninstalling your graphics card, but you aren't doing so permanently), reboot your PC, and then install the new driver you downloaded.
