Picking a mobo for P4 gaming

I'm planning on giving my current system a major overhaul and pretty much only reusing the case and drives and things. So I need to pick out a new motherboard for the system I want to set up, hopefully one that will be great for games and not too costly.

These are the components I plan on getting currently
P4 2.53 ghz
Radeon 9700 pro
corsair ddr 512mb 400mhz bus

so I need a motherboard to support all of these (8xagp, ddr400 etc)

Everyone let me know what you think along with some reasons

Oh I also still need to pick out a new hard drive and I'm thinking about a maxtor 7200rpm 120gb drive with ultra ata133, so hopefully this would be compatible with the board as well.

Thoughts on the hard drive welcome also
