Problem while running crysis

Hi,..My pc config is
E7400 2.8gh c2d
Palit hd4850
4gigs ram ddr2
P35 gigabyte mobo
600w extreme power cooler master

While running crysis warhead...after 10-15 mins game crashes (not responding)...checked in with the error message...its something like

Is there a bug with the game...or is my card faulty or is it the drivers of the card????

ps : i tried GTA san andreas as well...it also freezes sometimes......

gpu temp. is around 40-45 degree celsius
