need help with user account

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

I just upgraded to xp,I have 2 accounts(2 icons)when I log on you need a
password but not on my wife's.She can only access all her personal settings
by clicking on my icon.She can't access her fav.,e-mail(no mail going to
it)addresses,why is this?Please help and be very specific on how to fix
it.Again,you can only get access to everything under my icon(name)Under her
name I also have no personal settings.Thanks
