Which motherboards (inexpensive - medium price range) have the bios cpu stepping to overclock a thorough 1700+ B version processor? Also, is the Fic au13 capable of doing so?

FIC AU13 provides all the BIOS options needed to overclock a 1700 TBred-B. The FIC AU13 in this review does not contain mounting holes - needed for some heatsinks - but that may not be an issue in your case.

Epox 8RDA+ is an inexpensive overclocking board.

Excellent.......just checked bios graphics in the link you sent and au13 certainly has what is needed. I have a friend interested in this board and I have a few of the above metioned processors. This friend is currently using fic ad11 with athlon 1.4 cpu. The new board will give added features (lacking on ad11) and the OCing ability of the TB 1.4 xp vev. B should give a good increase in speed while saving money. Thank You for replying.
