There are no issues with it, im selling it because I needed a SLI board. I bought it January from frys.com. If you mean screws for it to mount on the case, then yes. I never used the crossfire bridge so it might be still in the box. The audio card is separate from the motherboard. The motherboard has its own onboard audio card. T 4 at the top are 120mm, the 2 big ones are 230mm, next is a 140mm fan, another 120mm fan, and 2 more others as well.
