Whenever I play vampire bloodlines or fallout 3 I get this invisible box that follows my character.. I haven't overclocked my graphics card and I have the latest drivers installed ( it was doing this even with the previous drivers), so I'm not sure why this is happening. My system specs are amd phenom 9500 quad core 2.2 ghz, 4 gigs of ram, nvidia 8800 gts 512. I took a few screen shots..

I assume that the monitor you are using is not an old CRT ? Never seen one like this before - artifacts dont usually show as near perfect "gohst" objects. I would try uninstalling your video drivers and then use driver cleaner to make sure there are no left over remnant files.

Then download the latest drivers for your card and re-install. Only other possibility may be the quality / detail levels you have are set too high

Yeah, I'm using a gateway HD 19'' monitor. I'll try uninstalling the video drivers etc. How could the quality /detail levels be set too high? you mean in-game? wouldn't that just cause lag? o.O
