Sound ??? BASS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2.1 creative speaker system and a 3 speakers in my dolby digital samsung t260hd monitor. The 2.1 provides the bass while the monitor provides the voice. THis actually sounds pretty good. However the bass attached to the creative speakers don't work when both the monitor speakers and creative speakers are connected together to my motherboard's bulit in 5.1 speaker system.

Hopefully I posted this in the correct forum.

I use realtek audio manager. Is there anyway I can get my sound back.

1. I tried connecting just the 2.1 system only and the bass worked.

2. I connected the monitor only and it worked.

3. I connected the monitor as the rear sound and the 2.1 system as the front system. The bass worked (VOice==2.1 creative)(background == mointor)(just opposite of what i wanted)

I need help getting my bass back guys.
