so i have tried many many times to create mods for oblivion and have failed horrable i have the construction set and the mod manager but still cant make one that works i am mainly intrested in creating starter spells with minimal cast cost and max damage i have played and beaten the game with other ppls mods sevral times and without mods could someone please email me with directions on how to create mods that actually work my email is dougkidd75@yahoo

Try a mods forum, or an oblivion forum. People have asked before and we have no real experts.
