bluetooth on xp

hi can any one help i have bought a new dell lap top with xp can any one tell
me how to enable bluetooth as i can not find it on the control panel

Have you tried calling Dell or reading the PC's manual?

This might sound like a silly question, but do you have a bluetooth dongle
and/or software?
