hi. Im planning to buy Cod 5 for my pc (AMD 64 3.20Ghz, 1gb ram, XP, nvidia 9600GT, 160gb HDD.) And also any idea where I can get some more ram (1gb), mine is 184 pin, 400MHz, DDR. I have found some and it always is like above $40. Why is that, because I can find some DDR2 ram 1gb for like $20.

Yes DDR will be more expensive than DDR2 as most manufacturers have either stopped making it or scaled down their production a lot.
On Newegg it's about $30 for 1GB and I doubt you'll get much cheaper elsewhere unless second hand.
