Screen symbols & software versions

Archived from groups: alt.cellular.verizon (More info?)

I've tried checking Verizon's site and Google, but couldn't find an
explanation of the various sybols on the LG3100 main screen. Any
pointers appreciated. Secondly, how do I find the software version?

It is under MENU-9 (Phone Info) Your menu items may be different but
it is under (Phone Info)
