Locks up

My computer locks up whenever I try to load Winodws normaly. It gets to the appliying settings part and stops. It runs in safe mode just fine, but other than that, nothing. Any help would be nice.

As I sit up in my bed looking at all the stars, I begin to wonder... WHERE THE HECK IS MY ROOF!?

It is possibly a driver/program issue, go back into safe mode and check the event viewer and the device manager for any driver issues ( Desktop > right click my computer > manage, will get you there).
If that fails uninstall anything that you did JUST previously to this problem. You can also try a system restore if you have had it enabled.
