Server MOBO w/ Everything?

I want to build a new server using SATA RAID, but I want to house it in a 1U or 2U rackmount chassis. Ideally, I'd like to find a motherboard that has SATA onboard RAID as well as Video, for simplicity. I prefer to use an AMD processor, but am open to Intel. Any thoughts?

* What kind of server (FTP, Web, etc.)?
