Asus P4S-533-MX Game Port Question

I bought the Asus P4S-533-MX motherboard which has a connector for a gameport on the MB but is not supplied with the cable/port to connect to it. Does anyone know where I might be able to get one of these in the UK as I am running out of options.

I'll sell you one for $5 and ship it to the UK at cost. You can often find them on old 486's with add-in controller cards.
