my want is simple. wanna play crysis in 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution, turning sound, A.I. and physics at max, AA to off, IQ to medium or high, and in DX9 mode. will i get more than 15 fps ?
and what would happen if i turn AA to 2x or 4x and IQ to very high ?

Well you are the only person i know of insane enough to try and run Crysis on a calculator so it would probably work better for you to run the Demo and see what happens.
yeah, i got your meaning but what else can i do with my brand old pc ??? so please tell me that how fps will i get in those setting ? my internet connection is toooooo slow that i'm not brave enough to download the demo.
It wont take that long, you could torrent the demo with something like uTorrent and set it to download off peak hours if that would work better for you.
As for FPS yea sure no reason why you cant achieve 15 fps on min settings at 800 x 600 cant say exactly because ive never tried but you GPU is a fairly modern 4 series Radeon.
It will look like a bad friday night pavement though!
No one can tell you. The only way your going to find out is by running the Demo which you need to get a hold of some how (Work, friends, uni, a friends friend or try and find an old cover disc somewhere).
If I was you I would check out this review of the HD4670 512MB, there running a C2D E8400 at stock so don't expect those kinds of numbers but it does look as if you might be at least a playable frame rate. You might want to try overclocking your CPU.
