After I upgraded my hp8765c which had ME installed I upgraded it to XP
PRO. I checked the bios and it still lists Windows 98/ME as my o/s.
Do I need to download XP bios.

No. There is no specific XP BIOS. The BIOS does not even have a clue as to the
operating system installed. Don't worry about it... Ben Myers
