Configured the hardware firewall that's built-in on my DSL modem and I ran a scan with Sygate's SOS. The only thing it was able to get out of my system was my IP address (dynamic through PPPoE) and my browser version and OS. That was it. Is this good or can I still tighten up the security to where it won't be able to read my browser and OS?

We use a Linksys 8 port router with hardware firewall at work, and I got the same info as you...

Would be nice to be able to block even the OS/Browser type.

So that means that my hardware firewall is doing what it's suppose to be doing. Thanks for the info.
