mobo shopping...need help

I'm in the process of getting a new mobo. SocketA or Socket 462 with ddr ram. My CPU is a 1.333 AMD. I already have a 64 mb Vid Card and a sound card, so the mobo doesn’t have to have Vid or sound

I need to know what to look for, what is your favourite chip set and what is your favourit mobo bran name and why?

I run a <A HREF="http://www.msicomputer.com/product/detail_spec/product_detail.asp?model=K7N2-L&search_text=6570" target="_new"> MSI K7N2-L </A>. I've had no problems with it. It has great performance at a great price. It does have on-board sound, but most new MB do. You can always disable it. If not that MB, I'd recomend something with the NForce2 chipset. It's the best chipset out for AMD ATM.
