Ive read every article on the net ive come across about conecting ps3 to lcd monitors, i know that you hold the power button to reset the visual outout.Im conecting my ps3 with a HDMi cabel and a HDMi to DVi Converter. but every time i conect it to my monitor ( Lg L196WTQ), the monitors only shows a blank screen. it recieves a signal somehow but it wont display it. when i press the auto/set button a message appears on hte screen "Digital Video Imput No Acess". I have tried the same way of conection with a lg television of the same size and ration again throught the DVi port. it worsk on that but why doest it not work on my monitor?

i was wondering if any body knew what is going wrong for me? is it the model of my monitor that isn't compatabile with ps3 or would it be my particular monitor?
