Looking to Purchase custom gaming PC (Low Budget $250-400)

It doesn't have to be amazing, but I want to atleast be able to run games on Medium-High Settings.

just to be honest with you , thats not going to get you very much i dont think it could handle medium on very low graphically intensive games.

if you have 4 gigs of ram and multi core processor, then just buy a cheap graphics card like a hd 5670 and you should have no problems playing games on medium high. thats what I did with my hp elite m940f pc. I can play games like BC2, SCII, DAO all on max on a 1440x900 resolution with only lag when a lot of things start exploding around me.
