login to my administrator account

hi, i have xp home and i want to long into my
"Administator" account i know its there i can see it i just cant get into
it..i always get this error message that says i cant log in beacuse of
account restrictions.. i know my "Administrator" account password but i can
log in. to let you know this is the hidden on im trying to log into and not
one i set. i did the ctrl + alt + delete at the welcome screen i type in
administrator as user then i typ ein my password but i cant get in because of
"account restriction". so if any one knows how to get in can you tell me?

Try tapping the F8 key at restart,or as soon as you turn on computer,then
select safe mode with networking,then open as administrator.

By design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP
Home is to reboot into Safe Mode.
