Its telling you that it does not think your Windows was installed from a
Microsoft cd. In other words, that you may have an illegal copy of Windows.
You can click on another link and download anyway, but that will change in a
couple of months too. The Microsoft Genuine Advantage program is new and is
a gradual phasing in of an anti-piracy policy. Now is the time to
legitimize your Windows before you finally get cut off from Windows
Downloads. If your copy of Windows is legitimate, then you should contact
Microsoft on how to fix the issue.
