Here is what I would suggest. First of all, dont use that motherboard with integrated graphics. Getting those components with integrated graphics is a big mistake. I would recommend either the K7N2 or A7N8X. The k7n2 is about 80 dollars on pricewatch. Then instead of the Athlon 2800+, I would recommend a 2100+ TbredB which could be easily overclocked. These are only about $70 dollars. I would then recommend the SLK-800a since the k7n2 doesnt have the 4 holes, and it cools just as good. This will leave you with around $250-270 money left for a vid card. I would go for the Radeon 9700 non pro for $216 or the pro for $270

I think that anyone who buys a Barton 2800+ is silly because a 2500+ will overclock to the same multiplier so easilly.

I also recommend the K7N2 from MSI, but try to get the K7N2 Delta model, which supports a 400Mhz FSB. It would only cost like $10 more.

For power I suggest the Fortron FSP400PFN, which is a very high quality 400W supply. Of course you could spend a bit more on the Sparkle FSP400-60PFN, but it's the same supply! Of course, you can always pick a lower quality Antec or Enermax supply and still get a good unit.
