I installed it using Steam and it's 100%ready. When I launch it, it goes white and then I have to close it because Windows encountered a problem (that is never identified) and has to close.

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.20 GHz
RAM: 4GB
System type: 64-bit OS
DirectX version: 10
Hard Drive: 288 GB
Recovery: 9.76 GB

I checked the temp with Real Temp. It says OK on both counts (Thermal Status)
