Thanks for the response. No, I'm not the administrator. I have a
computer from an old job...it was part of a network of computers. My
problem is while I know who the administrator was, I cannot reach him
and the job from which I purchased the computer is no longer in
operation. I would just like to be able to add/remove software and
hardware. And was just wondering if, other than being the
administrator, was there a way to change the settings that would allow
me access. Thnak you.
