I have a few games that don't like taking certain inputs from my Joypad or my 6 button mouse. Is there any program/method to force games to accept these inputs without having to manually edit the .cfg/.ini files for these games?

That will work for my pad, will that get the extra three mouse buttons to work too?

The software that came with your mouse should be able to map them to keys on the keyboard, apart from that I don't know.
