I was wondering if I play call of duty 4 online with my pc if I could play with my friends who play online with xbox360?

nope. The Xbox 360 and PC versions use different servers to host the online MP for COD4.

no, and I don't think they would want to play with you anyways as you would own them on a keyboard/mouse. And its not fair to other people to let you play against them. What I don't get is why don't they let a console gamer join a PC game? If he's willing to play at a disadvantage why shouldn't they let him play. I'm in the same boat as you: All of my friends play COD 5 on their consoles but I have it for the PC and if they're willing to play against other PC users they should be allowed to.

You have this thing called the internet right... so I just come up with my own. GamerNet - all servers for hosting games are in this domain, all pc's, xbox's ps3's wii's connect to these servers. Then we could all play together! Now someone go build it for me!
