hello people,
I have just bought an AMD XP2400+ (stupid ebay) all i know about computers is self taught, my prob is I know nothing about mobo's ...
I've tried reading some of the reviews posted on this site (I bought my video card & sound card based on advice from here and overclockers) but its all too darned confusing .. what i need is someone to tell me what I can do with, what my options are and what my best bet is ..
I get as far as the VIA KT333, Front Side Bus clock speeds and dual sd-ram and my brain just folds :(
Please help me if you can, regards Whiterabbit

Get an ASUS A7N8X and call it a day.
Oh, get PC3200 RAM too.

What are we going to do tonight Brain?
The same thing we do every night Pinky; Try to take over the world!

Choose a motherboard that uses the nForce2 chipset. Use DDR SDRAM memory modules. At least two memory modules in order to enable the Dual DDR feature of nforce2. Corsair XMS memory modules recommended but there are lower cost alternatives.
