I have a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP. On the MB I have 9 connectors
TPA+ TPA-
GND GND
TPB+ TPB-
PWR PWR
GND

But from my case I only have 6
TPA+ TPA-
TPB+ TPB-
PWR
GND
So do I skip the two grounds between TPA and TPB? And which power connector do I use?

That's kind of strange that your case has only 6 wires. I guess you can try to connect the PWR wire to either one of the PWR pins on the mobo and skip the two grounds between TPA and TPB.

No it should be fine, just make sure the PWR wire is connected to PWR pin on the mobo.
