Good Athlon MB/CPU combo for $200 to $260?

I really have my mind made up on the CPU an Athlon 2500XP 333FSB, I found it for $99.00 on fticomputer.com so now I am wondering what would be a good MB for around 100 - 150 to suit the 2500+XP?

Go for MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR. This is the best Athlon mobo now.

Hmm, MSI K7N2 Delta or A7N8X?
I've run both MSI (KT4 Ultra) and ASUS (A7V133 & A7N8x) boards, and I think both companies are great. I think the defining difference between them is ASUS has top-notch performance, but MSI has slightly better support programs/user-friendliness/ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS! ( one program to update BIOS, drivers, programs, etc.). It's definately a matter of preferance. I'm still in the ASUS camp. I voted for hardware satisfaction over software.

Both ASUS A7N8X Deluxe and MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR is good. MSI is little faster and has less problem compared to ASUS
