How to make Profiles in F.E.A.R. 2 game

I just installed fear 2 and what i didn't like was that i can't find an option where it lets me create different profiles like the first Fear game.

I want to create profiles because there's other people that play the game and whenever i save my progress and someone else comes and wants to play they have to load where they left, so my progress in erased and overwritten.

Please does anyone know how to do this profiles?

Also another question; is there a button for quick save button like F5 F8 or something else, i really want to know.
